Starting a return
Contact support@avenrialiving.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.
Return shipping
Avenria Living pays the return shipping costs for eligible returns. Follow the return shipping instructions provided by our customer care team.
Eligibility
Eligible items should generally be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with original packaging and included accessories. Personalized, hygiene-sensitive, perishable, gift-card, final-sale, or otherwise excluded products may not be returnable where permitted by law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there is a problem, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund after it is processed.
Exchanges
Where available, exchanges are subject to stock availability.
